Spanish Health Economics Association (AES) XLIV Meeting

At the AES XLIV Meeting in Madrid, a pre-conference workshop on Innovative Payment Models was delivered by Juan Carlos Rejon-Parrilla (AETSA, WP2) and Mikel Berdud García-López, presenting insights from the HI-PRIX project. An organised session on the same topic brought together Caridad Pontes (Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau), Pedro Luis Sánchez (Farmaindustria), and Maria Queralt Gorgas Torner (Sociedad Española de Farmacia Hospitalaria), with a brief introduction summarising HI-PRIX results. Two oral communications were also presented: “Implementation Costs and Benefits of Innovative Payment Models: an assessment of four case studies in Europe” and “Unlocking Access: Overcoming Barriers and Harnessing Enablers for Innovative Payment Models for Pharmaceutical Innovation in Europe.”
